A Familiar Refrain

So many of my clients come to me with this fear…that they are not artistic enough. And yet they feel the pull of creative expression.

The work I do with my people is not about the outcome. It’s about the process. It’s about what happens on the page between the moment the paint first touches it until the moment you pull away and feel into all that has unfolded.

What one would call “art” is not what we are doing. We are literally just using art supplies as our communication tools.

It is messy. It is illegible. It is childlike. It is unfettered and unfiltered.

And it is wildly cathartic and satisfying.
