Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully and in their entirety before using www.susiestonefield.com or enrolling in the Create Brave Collective.

PURPOSE
These Terms & Conditions explain the rules, terms, and conditions governing your use of www.susiestonefield.com and your purchase of or participation in any course, program, service, product, or membership offered by Susie Stonefield / Unfold Art, LLC — including the Create Brave Collective membership community.
IMPORTANT NOTES
By using the Site in any capacity, you voluntarily agree to these Terms & Conditions. You confirm that you have read, understood, and consented to them. If you have any questions, please contact us at susie@unfoldart.com.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or enroll in any program or membership. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions regardless of whether you have read them in full.
These Terms & Conditions contain an Arbitration Clause (Section 18) requiring you to resolve any dispute through binding arbitration. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you voluntarily waive your right to a jury trial.
1. Definitions
"Company," "We," "I," "Our," or "Us" means Susie Stonefield, Unfold Art, LLC, and www.susiestonefield.com.
"Content" means any and all written, visual, video, or audio information contained on the Site or offered through our programs and memberships, including emails, blog posts, graphics, newsletters, designs, documents, templates, course materials, prompts, recordings, and community materials.
"Create Brave Collective" or "Community" means the private paid membership community offered by Unfold Art, LLC and hosted on Swarm.
"Membership Agreement" means the separate Create Brave Collective Membership Agreement governing enrollment in and participation in the Community.
"Personal Information" means information that can be used to identify, contact, or locate a person, including name, address, email address, telephone number, and payment information."Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products" means www.susiestonefield.com, its Content, email list, social media posts, blog posts, courses, coaching services, guides, workbooks, memberships, and any other offerings available through us or the Site.
"Site" means www.susiestonefield.com and all associated pages, tabs, landing pages, forms, and sub-pages.
"You" or "Your" means the user, customer, member, or viewer of the Site.
2. Consent
By using the Site and/or making any purchase or enrollment, you implicitly and voluntarily agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Any use of the Site by anyone under 18 is unauthorized and in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
3. Site Rules
By using the Site and/or making any purchase, you agree not to abuse or harass any person through or on the Site, post or transmit obscene, offensive, defamatory, or abusive content, use the Site in any way that violates applicable law, post or transmit spam or unsolicited content, post copyrighted materials that do not belong to you, promote or sell your own or others' content, services, or products through the Site, copy, download, share, or transmit our intellectual property in any way that infringes on our rights, or use any automated means to access, scrape, or collect data from the Site or the Community.
4. Disclaimer
Susie Stonefield is a transformational creativity coach and expressive arts facilitator. She is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, medical professional, or art therapist, and nothing on this Site or within the Create Brave Collective constitutes therapy, medical advice, or mental health treatment. Our Content is for informational, educational, and creative purposes only and is based on personal experience and professional training.
Please consult a qualified medical or mental health professional before making any changes to your lifestyle, health regimen, or mental health treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek the care of a qualified professional.
5. Your Consent to These Terms & Conditions
By using this Site, or purchasing, downloading, or enrolling in our Site, Courses, Services, Products, or the Create Brave Collective, you implicitly and voluntarily agree to these Terms & Conditions.
6. Changes to These Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Updated" date at the bottom of this page. For material changes affecting the Create Brave Collective, members will receive no less than 30 days notice. Continued use of the Site or participation in the Community after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Links to Third-Party or External Websites
The Site may contain links to third-party or external websites, including Swarm, the platform on which the Create Brave Collective is hosted. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of any third-party site. Your use of Swarm is subject to Swarm's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are separate from and in addition to these Terms & Conditions. Please read and agree to any third-party terms before providing your information or using their services.
8. Intellectual Property Ownership
The Site and its Content — including all materials offered within the Create Brave Collective — are the intellectual property of Susie Stonefield / Unfold Art, LLC and are protected by United States copyright and trademark laws.
Everything created and offered within the Create Brave Collective — including prompts, art journaling invitations, technique demonstrations, videos, course materials, written teachings, and recorded sessions — is the original work of Susie Stonefield and is offered in a spirit of generosity and trust. This material is for your personal use only within the context in which it is offered. It may not be reproduced, shared, distributed, or used to create competing programs or offerings without explicit written permission from Susie Stonefield. Any violations will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Our Limited License to You
By accessing or purchasing the Site, Courses, Services, Products, or the Create Brave Collective, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use the Content for your own personal purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Content.
10. Your License to Us
By commenting on the Site, submitting content through contact forms, or posting within the Create Brave Collective, you represent that you are the lawful owner of that content. You grant us a license to use your comments or submissions as they relate to our business purposes. With respect to content posted within the Create Brave Collective, Susie will always request your explicit permission before using your content for any purpose outside the community.
11. AI Policy
The Create Brave Collective is a space for authentic human expression. The following are prohibited across the Site and within the Community: posting or sharing AI-generated content presented as your own personal creative work; using any Content from the Site or the Community — including Susie's materials or other members' contributions — to train, fine-tune, prompt, or otherwise inform any artificial intelligence system or model; and automated scraping, data collection, or non-human access to Site or Community content.
12. Purchase & Access Terms
By purchasing or enrolling in our Courses, Services, Products, or the Create Brave Collective, you agree not to distribute, copy, forward, or share materials in violation of these Terms & Conditions. You agree to take all reasonable steps to protect your account credentials and prevent unauthorized access.
Membership in the Create Brave Collective is personal and non-transferable. Your login and access may not be shared with any other person.
13. Sharing the Site & Its Content
You must request and receive written permission before sharing our Site or its Content for commercial purposes. Personal sharing is welcome with direct links and appropriate credit. You may not imply or represent that our Content is yours or that you created or contributed to it.
14. No Claims Regarding Results
Testimonials and client examples shared on the Site or within the Community represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of results. Each person's circumstances are unique.
15. Disclaimer — No Warranties
The Site, Courses, Services, Products, and Create Brave Collective are offered "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
16. Your Release of Us
By using the Site or enrolling in any of our offerings, you agree to release and forever discharge Susie Stonefield, Unfold Art, LLC, and all affiliated parties from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or costs, whether known or unknown.
17. Payment, Purchases & Membership Billing
General purchases: When you purchase a course, service, or product, you authorize Unfold Art, LLC to charge your selected payment method. You will receive an electronic receipt following your purchase.
Membership billing: By enrolling in the Create Brave Collective, you authorize Unfold Art, LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency you select (quarterly or bi-yearly) until you cancel. It is your responsibility to keep your payment information current. If a payment fails, your access may be suspended until payment is resolved. You remain responsible for any amounts owed.
Installment plans: If you elect an installment option, you authorize automatic charges on the agreed dates without further notice.
Payment failures and chargebacks: We do not accept chargebacks as a substitute for contacting us to resolve a billing concern. Please reach out to susie@unfoldart.com first. Unresolved chargebacks may be reported to credit agencies.
Payment processing is handled by third-party processors. We are not responsible for their policies or for circumstances beyond our control that may affect your payment method.
18. Refund Policy
Courses and products: Refunds will not be issued for courses or products already purchased and accessed.
Create Brave Collective membership: No refunds will be issued for membership fees already charged, with the following exception: new members may request a full refund of their first payment within 7 days of enrollment by contacting susie@unfoldart.com. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued. Upon cancellation, access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Coaching packages: Refunds are not available for coaching sessions once scheduled or completed. Unused sessions expire 12 months from purchase.
If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact susie@unfoldart.com promptly and we will work to resolve it.
19. Cancellation — Create Brave Collective
Members may cancel at any time by contacting susie@unfoldart.com or through their Swarm account settings. Upon cancellation, access continues through the end of the current billing period. Members who cancel and later rejoin will do so at the then-current membership rate. Founding member rates are not reinstated following cancellation.
20. Termination
At our sole discretion, we may terminate your access to the Site, any program, or the Create Brave Collective if you violate these Terms & Conditions, the Community Guidelines, or the Membership Agreement. Termination for serious violations may occur without a refund.
21. Errors & Omissions
We make every effort to provide accurate, up-to-date information. However, we cannot guarantee that all Content is free from errors at all times. Please exercise your own judgment and consult qualified professionals when appropriate.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Susie Stonefield and Unfold Art, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in any program or membership. Your sole remedy for any claim shall be a refund of the amount paid for the applicable service or product.
23. Defense & Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Susie Stonefield, Unfold Art, LLC, and all affiliated parties from and against any losses, damages, claims, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions, the Community Guidelines, or the Membership Agreement.
24. Arbitration Clause
If a dispute arises, please contact us first at susie@unfoldart.com. If we are unable to resolve the matter directly, you agree that disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association before a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator, in accordance with AAA rules. Any arbitration hearing shall be held within 50 miles of Chico, CA. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you waive your right to a jury trial. The only award available to you is a refund of amounts paid to Susie Stonefield for the applicable product or service.
25. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
26. Consent to Jurisdiction
You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of any Federal Court in the United States District Court for the District of California, or a state court located within the State of California, in connection with any matter arising from these Terms & Conditions.
27. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, the Create Brave Collective Membership Agreement, and the Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and Susie Stonefield / Unfold Art, LLC with respect to the Site and all offerings.
28. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
29. Privacy
