CREATE BRAVE COLLECTIVE Membership Agreement

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR MEMBERSHIP ENROLLMENT. BY ENROLLING IN THE CREATE BRAVE COLLECTIVE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
1. About This Agreement
This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Member") and Susie Stonefield / Unfold Art, LLC ("we," "us," "Susie") and governs your participation in the Create Brave Collective ("the Community"), a private paid membership community hosted on Swarm.
By completing enrollment and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement in its entirety.
2. About the Community
The Create Brave Collective is a private membership community for women-identifying and nonbinary people in their third act who are ready to use creativity, play, inner investigation, and the accountability of community to build the courage and clarity to step into a life that is fully, meaningfully their own.
Membership includes access to community spaces, live and recorded programming, art journaling prompts, group coaching sessions, the community gallery, and additional resources as made available by Susie. The specific programming offered within the community may evolve over time as the community grows. Susie will communicate any significant changes to members in advance.
3. Membership Eligibility
Membership is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who identify as women or nonbinary. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet these criteria.
4. Membership Tiers
The Create Brave Collective is offered on a three-tier, pay-what-you-can basis. Each tier provides full access to the community. Members select the tier that feels right for their current financial season.
Open Door — $179 monthly / $537 quarterly / $1,074 bi-yearly
Sustainer — $199 monthly / $597 quarterly / $1,194 bi-yearly
Supporter — $229 monthly / $687 quarterly / $1,374 bi-yearly
Close Circle — $400 monthly / $1200 quarterly / $2,400 bi-yearly (includes one private 1-hour coaching session with Susie per month)
Payment is collected quarterly or bi-yearly. Monthly billing is not offered. Total amounts are calculated at checkout.
5. Founding Member Rate
Members who enroll during the founding membership period are guaranteed their selected membership rate for a period of two years from their enrollment date. After two years, the membership rate will adjust to the then-current rate for the selected tier. Susie will provide no less than 30 days notice before any rate change takes effect.
The founding member rate is personal and non-transferable. Members who cancel their founding membership and later rejoin will do so at the then-current membership rate and will not be eligible to reinstate their founding rate.
6. Billing and Payment
By enrolling, you authorize Unfold Art, LLC to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency you select (quarterly or bi-yearly) until you cancel your membership.
Payment is processed automatically on your billing date. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment information is current and accurate. If a payment fails, you will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to update your payment method. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, your access to the community may be suspended until payment is resolved.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting Susie at susie@unfoldart.com or through your account settings on Swarm. Upon cancellation, your access to the community will continue through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period.
Members who cancel and later rejoin will be enrolled at the then-current membership rate.
8. Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for membership fees already charged, except as follows:
New members may request a full refund of their first payment within 7 days of enrollment if the community is not the right fit. To request a refund, contact Susie at susie@unfoldart.com within the 7-day window. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued.
Refunds are not available for additional coaching packages once sessions have been scheduled or completed.
If you believe an error has occurred in billing, please contact Susie promptly at susie@unfoldart.com and we will work to resolve it.
9. Additional Coaching Sessions
Private coaching sessions may be added to any membership tier at any time, in the following packages:
3 sessions: $600
6 sessions: $1,100
12 sessions: $2,100
Coaching packages are separate from membership fees and are billed as a one-time charge at the time of purchase. Sessions must be scheduled within 12 months of purchase. Unused sessions expire after 12 months and are not refundable.
10. Bi-Yearly Payment Bonus
Members who select bi-yearly billing will receive one complimentary 1-hour private coaching session with Susie (a $200 value) included with each bi-yearly payment. Complimentary sessions must be scheduled within 6 months of the billing date and do not roll over or carry cash value.
11. Membership Access and Platform
The Create Brave Collective is hosted on Swarm. By enrolling, you agree to create a Swarm account and to abide by Swarm's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which govern your use of the platform and are separate from this Agreement. Unfold Art is not responsible for Swarm's data practices, platform availability, or any changes Swarm may make to its platform or policies.
Membership access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials or grant access to any other person.
12. Content Ownership
Susie's content: All materials made available within the community — including but not limited to prompts, art journaling invitations, technique demonstrations, videos, course materials, written teachings, and recorded sessions — are the intellectual property of Susie Stonefield and Unfold Art, LLC. These materials are made available for your personal use within the community only and may not be reproduced, shared, distributed, or used to create competing programs or offerings without explicit written permission from Susie Stonefield.
Your content: Content you post within the community — including artwork, journal pages, written reflections, and comments — remains your property. By posting within the community, you grant other members permission to view your content as part of the shared community experience. Susie will always request your explicit permission before using your content for any purpose outside the community, including promotional or marketing use.
Other people’s content: Content posted in the community— including artwork, journal pages, written reflections, and comments — remains the property of the individual who posted it. You may not share other people’s content on any other platform or in any other way. (See item 15.)
Content upon cancellation: Content you have posted within the community prior to cancellation will remain in the community as part of the shared record of the space. If you would like your content removed upon cancellation, please contact Susie at susie@unfoldart.com and we will honor that request within a reasonable timeframe.
13. AI Policy
The Create Brave Collective is a space for authentic human expression and connection. The following are prohibited:
Posting or sharing AI-generated content of any kind within the community, including but not limited to AI-generated images, writing, art journal pages, or reflections presented as your own personal creative work.
Using any content shared within this community — including Susie's materials or other members' contributions — to train, fine-tune, prompt, or otherwise inform any artificial intelligence system or model.
Automated scraping, data collection, or any non-human access to community content.
Violations of this policy may result in immediate removal from the community without a refund.
14. Community Conduct
By joining the Create Brave Collective, you agree to abide by the Community Guidelines, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The Community Guidelines govern how members show up with each other, how feedback is given, confidentiality, and community standards.
Susie reserves the right to remove any member from the community for conduct that violates the Community Guidelines or the spirit of this Agreement, at her sole discretion. In cases of serious violations, removal may occur without a refund.
15. Confidentiality
What is shared within the community stays within the community. You agree not to share, reproduce, or reference other members' personal stories, artwork, or contributions outside the community without their explicit permission. This obligation of confidentiality survives cancellation of your membership.
16. Disclaimer
Susie Stonefield is a transformational creativity coach and expressive arts facilitator. She is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, medical professional, or art therapist, and nothing within the Create Brave Collective constitutes therapy, medical advice, or mental health treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please seek the care of a qualified professional.
Participation in the community, including live sessions, creative exercises, and coaching, may bring up strong emotions. You are responsible for your own wellbeing and agree to engage at a pace and depth that feels appropriate for you.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unfold Art, LLC and Susie Stonefield shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your membership or participation in the community. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current billing period.
18. Changes to This Agreement
Susie reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Members will be notified of material changes no less than 30 days before they take effect. Continued participation in the community after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
19. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the arbitration clause contained in the Unfold Art Terms & Conditions, available at susiestonefield.com/terms-and-conditions.
20. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Community Guidelines and the Unfold Art Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Susie Stonefield with respect to your membership in the Create Brave Collective.
