A WORKBOOK FOR YOU
Come Back To Center
Over 40 full color pages for closing out the old year and dreaming the new one in — reflection, intention, and a whole lot of art supplies.
HOW IT CAME TO BE
I made it for myself first.
Every year I cross the threshold from old year to new reflecting, setting intentions and dreaming. I have taken myself through the process of journaling, creating, visioning. It's rich and fruitful and meaningful.
I started with a long list of questions I asked myself and a few manifesting practices, like finding a Word of the Year and creating a dreamboard to call in my future. Then I put it together in print for a circle of friends. And eventually, over time, I honed the elements into a beautiful 40+ page, full color workbook for you (and me) to use in the process. I call it Come Back to Center.
Within the pages are exercises for finding closure on the past year, assessing the pieces of your life that fill you up (and those that drain you dry), treasure hunting for your word of the year, and a place to dream big and small for the coming year. This is a workbook you'll return to throughout the year to reassess your progress and remind yourself of what you determined was important at the turn of the year.
Each section has been developed to give you a deeper look at your life — the areas that need attention and the ones that are doing just fine. Creativity breaks and art journal prompts are woven in, and there's lots of space for journaling, doodling, and diving deep into what nourishes you and your best life.

Look back at the past year honestly and find real closure — not a resolution list, an actual reckoning.

Treasure hunt for your Guiding Word of the Year, and focus on the self-care practices that will carry it.
