Not Another Transformation!

This past year called me again to transform...to be brave...to realign with myself and my core values. I accepted the challenge and then I fulfilled a decades old dream: to move into a live/work loft apartment that is the definition of a giant blank canvas—exactly what I needed for my spirit and my art.

In other words, I've just gone through another monumental life evolution which consumed me, my attention, and my energy. Those times are always both exhilarating and excruciatingly painful…and also the most mind-boggling learning curve.

And sometimes they feel like a birthing process. I get very quiet. It's so hard to share in the midst of it all. I don't feel my edges clearly enough to explain where I am. That's partly why you haven't heard much from me.

My creative practices have all accompanied me through this metamorphosis and led me to my truth. As they always do! My dreamboards, my inspiration words for the year, my writing, my art. All of it was intrinsic to my forward movement and survival, and thriving!

And at the same time, there’s been a huge shift underway in my work.

In the last year, I led over 40 Creative Life Raft sessions (which wrapped up in August) and grew my private creativity coaching practice. I have been making my own art and doing a lot of writing, some for my own development and some for a future audience. I’ve witnessed folks make gorgeous and deeply meaningful shifts in their lives through the commitment to their own creative journeys.

I’ve also spent a good part of the last year honing a methodology that reflects the breadth and depth of the last eight years of my work. It’s a distillation of everything I teach, and blends the art journaling programs I’m known for with a deep attention to other supportive modalities of creative expression and a commitment to honoring the sacred in our work.

Moving forward I’ll be working exclusively in two deeply nourishing and transformative ways with my beloved clients: in intimate one-on-one coaching sessions both online AND in person (coming soon!), and in my deep dive group programs live online.

With both of these opportunities you’ll be guided thoughtfully towards greater alignment with your values, your personal healing, and your truth. Through it all you’ll be offered new tools and techniques, a thoughtful container for your journey, invitations for personal awakening and insights, and witnessing, whether by me in one-on-one sessions or in a compassionate circle of folks on the journey with you. You’ll get the support you need to integrate those tools, practices and rituals into your own creative life. You’ll have the motivation to make the time and space to unleash your creative soul.

I want you to understand that these changes are about an improved experience for you, and that nothing is more important to me than that. I’ve crafted these programs to meet the needs that I’ve discerned over the last several years of helping guide folks to the unfolding of their hearts onto the page. I’m so excited to bring it into the world, and for you to benefit from it.

So, whether you’ve been lurking here and always wanting to do this work but haven’t felt ready for it, or maybe you’ve been taking the occasional Creative Life Raft or drop in studio class over the years and feel that a more intensive deep dive is exactly what you need right now, or perhaps what you really are longing for is some personal attention from a facilitator steeped in the power of personal expression and a commitment to integrity…

I invite you to consider stepping forward and showing up for your inner artist, your intuitive, creative self. One thing I know for sure after my year(s) of upheaval and change is that the joy that comes from living as your full, unashamed self is priceless and that creativity is a profound conduit of truth.

I invite you to schedule a free discovery consultation with me to talk about how you can heal your stories, using art supplies as your language; release, uncover, and awaken your shy inner artist; and, ultimately, liberate your creative spirit. You can schedule that call right here. I look forward to talking with you.
